Twitter Update

Hey there! Due to the recent policy changes implemented by Twitter, I regret to inform you that FinBrowser is currently unable to display any new Tweets. I know this might be disappointing, as Twitter is a valuable source of information and updates for many of us. However, I want to assure you that I am actively working on finding alternative solutions and exploring ways to reintegrate Twitter sources into this website. I appreciate your patience and understanding during this time of transition.

Encouraging employees to write Glassdoor reviews is great and something companies should do. But tell them to be honest. Sitting with them and forcing good reviews (and basically knowing who wrote what) is extremely toxic.

Controllers often dont make good CFOs at larger companies because they get stuck thinking like an accountant. If accountants want to move to finance then don’t wait too long

Lots of folks with inflated titles will need time to grow into their titles. Similar to all the overfunded startups growing into their valuations… Promotions every 12-18 months is no longer the norm

(7/7) -Have hobbies and a life outside of work. Much easier to make deeper connections when people know you are actually human and don't just work. What else do you do to build your network?

They might still be growing faster than others but to cut back that much and that fast creates problems. Inefficiency becomes part of culture Teams starts blaming others when things don’t go right. And it spirals because the competition starts to crush them
