$PGY: $PGYWW cheap given that you have optionality of Pagaya getting bought out and you get BS value or they do exchange offer for 0.2x - 0.25x to increase float/clean up cap structure which = $0.24 - $0.30 Or mgmt execution causes commons to trade $4-5 inline w/ $UPST = ~$1.13
