50% a >10% allocation to flex space in the next 2 yrs. Flex is a useful tool...frequent reasons for using flex include reducing capex, offering employees meeting space on demand, solving for uncertain demand, entering new mkts and offering employees more choice of where to work.

More than half of respondents are actively seeking or exploring shorter leases / flex space.

Shared meeting space as an amenity is now almost as important as having food/beverage onsite.

Almost 1/4 of them are considering or currently in process of decentralizing into more locations. Many are also considering reducing exposure to central business districts.

I may not own any of the semis, but $APG and $LMB are two obvious AI beneficiaries in my portfolio. Data centers need reliable HVAC systems to stay cool, and good fire safety systems for added backup. cc: @Citrini7
