$APLS but sure seems that APLS PDUFA approval accelerated deal timeline -- so I suspect $ISEE approval/label details (SPA/FT/priority), which could come much earlier (by July?) could do the same thing for catalyzing APLS deal

$APLS unclear to me now if BP holding out for $ISEE label/APLS J-code/sales trajectory or IF APLS holding out on taking an offer b/c of promising launch to appreciate premium for potential deal -- the unknown being WHEN the Astellas bid raise/ISEE acceptance moment will happen

$ISEE 14A detailing BO shows multiple global pharma in the water mainly for partnerships (but also for BO) - but hard to read through for $APLS considering approval and promising launch - but you know there are fish circling the waters

$APLS rebounding like a deal is going to happen in the next couple of weeks - someone always knows + $ISEE label and small CMC CRL risk so best interest for all parties to get it done

$APLS I think if this deal gets done, it's going to get done very soon and/or by EO Jun b/c of ISEE approval/label risk, which could come early like July. Both parties will come to some agreement.

$KRTX traded at190 pre-E3 data, and post-E3 decent data, settles at 182, then PR of PO and it drops to 161 where it is priced but only 2.5m shares (only 7% of 34m O/Ss) - not much dilution - seems to me this should correct back to 170s - but logic is shaky in this market
