Canadian Critical is a Producer: Canadian Critical Minerals (CCMI.V) put out a May operations report Press Release May 17. It sent 360 wet tons of sorted mineralized material to the New Afton mill and received payment of $103,000 USD. Tonnage sent is down a fraction from April, but revenue is up due to significantly higher grades:

Bayhorse Silver (and Copper): Bayhorse Silver put out a press release with the assays from its underground, short hole, drilling program. Headline numbers: DDH BDD104 0.3 m (1 ft) of 34.28 oz/t (1066 g/t) silver and 1.85% copper. 0.6 m (2 ft) of 11.34 oz/t (352.7 g/t) silver and 1.15% copper.

Silver Surge: I have a lot of exposure to silver. BHS.V, ELO.T, BIG.V, CFE.C, CCMI.V and GRSL.V all are primarily silver plays or have a large silver component. (I even have a few one ounce “Maples” pictured above). So I pay attention to the price of silver and, as I pointed out a couple of days ago, the new “base price” for silver seems to be $30.00 an ounce. But is that even close to the actual price of physical silver?
