We also note of a well researched lawsuit from Labaton Sucharow LLP on 2/24 detailing simliar findings regarding Catalent's accounting gimmicks. Many of the findings came to fruition today. $CTLT now down 27%.

Their critique of our report of Catalent $CTLT was suspect at best. Hopefully they can work on their "research" in the future. Unfortunately there is a jealously on the short side where "fiatlux" and Cohodes get upset when others in the space do well.

From an EQ perspective, $CTLT did not improve in the Q2 period and we did not view it as a strong quarter. Catalent moved on a takeover rumor which we beleive would be unwise by the purchaser based on our analysis.
