A recent study from the ACSI supports Peacock's rising popularity. They ranked second only to Amazon Prime Video in terms of customer satisfaction. Their rating jumped 10% from a score of 72 in 2022 to 79 in 2023.

In contrast, ESPN+, once a leader in sports streaming, fell on the lower end of customer satisfaction with an ACSI score of 72.

Peacock has also taken a bet on personalized curation for sports fans showing highlights and relevant news for all 32 NFL teams under their sports tab.

Peacock also poached Matthew Berry, a big name in high-growth fantasy football community away from ESPN to host a daily video podcast.
